Duck's Kitchen NOLA is owned and operated by Chef Donnie Kern. He was born and raised in Gretna, Louisiana and has always been interested in serving the most delicious meals to others. At a very young age, he found his love for cooking while watching his mother, and he has been known to work his way around the kitchen ever since. From winning multiple "This-and-That" categories to winning first place main dish categories at local festivals, Donnie Kern continues to succeed especially when it comes to cooking up something good.
